New printer-

Paddle
Resistance training
2km warm up
4 x 300m (with resistance)
4 x 200m (with resistance)
4 x 100m (with resistance)
2km cool down (without resistance)

thats pretty much all for today, still feeling very sore from yesterday though..

there will be more tomorrow!

after training had to accompany my sister to buy a new printer, cause the old one died on us. the New one's a samsung laser printer, but i only can print in black,but has photocopy and scanner function.INK CARTRIDGE ON SALE.

ANYWAY, we've got spare cartridges of our old printer at home and we're selling it away. contact me if you're interested ya! Price is negotiable, cause we just want to sell them away cause we dont need them anymore. its brand new.
