Started paddling 7am at macritche today morning.
8 x 1000m.
after paddling it was straight to kallang via coach car for dragonboat training.
paddle 3km warm up and a couple of sprint sets
followed by mixed team training.
5 hours of non stop paddling! like some blockbuster thingy uh.haha.
oh well. after all that paddling in the rain and shine, went to suntec to have our lunch, the usual. before we parted ways. some went to nike to spent thier 20% vouchers, while some went home, while i went to school to do training part 2!
slept from 4 to 5pm in school.
5pm(accompanied by eQ)
did sprint training.
4 x400m
4x 200m
before hiting the gym for some light weights training. pretty much a very long and hard day already. 7 stations 3 set of 20.
some of my friends suggested that i am overtraining, some of them feel that i will breakdown soon. i guess i'll just have to rest enough, drink enough and eat enough. i should be able to do fine. right?? haha. if anyone of you would like to comment on my training schedule please feel free to do so uh, im rather open to suggestions and opinions.
conversation with eQ
eq:"my mom used to be very strict with me last time, but now she's all cool with it."
mx:"how come she's all cool with it now, funny ar."
eq:"i guess she grew up"
(clubhouse peeps went crazy, i think its fucking funny ar,maybe by reading it, it isnt so funny but i swear it was damn funny when we all heard it."
eq and i concluded on our way home that pain was very similar to energy.
According to the principle of conservation of energy, energy cannot be created or destroyed.
similarly for pain, it cannot be destroyed.so you should always channel your emotional pain into to physical pain. :) that is if you have any in the first place. then inflict pain to somebody else to channel out your pain. haha.
i should be camping in school tmr :)
for the fun peeps, hows the holidays so far??
TRAINING ON WEDNESDAY IS SHIFTED TO 830AM.RUN FIRST.
i wish i could turn back time, and start again.i wont screw up this time.
