10km Challenge

yup.today's the day where all the distance we've been through during training are being accounted for.
the Singapore 10km Challenge @marina reservoir.

results
1. Mountbatten CSC
2. Singapore Polytechnic
3. Republic Polytechnic.

shocked? yup. it was a really surprising result for us. well. i think it should be credited to everyone. the juniors for turning up every training and pacing with us, the girls, the girls juniors and all those seniors who come down regularly for trainings but sadly couldnt row. especially those year 2s that coach mentioned are stronger then year 3s. you guys played a very big role in our victory today.
Fik, Ambert, Shawn x 2 and yuan feng came down to support us today, we heard your voices when we were rowing, although we didnt know who was it.but we certainly felt the spirit.

Big thanks to Aaron, our new team manager. for helping me alot in terms of registering and all the arrangements such as our bags and belongings.

COACH is the main reason why we actually managed to come in 2nd. his rigorous training programme, his motivation throughout the race and his experienced steering skills. i cannot tell you how thankful and grateful to be taught under him. i bet we would still be losing if we havent had him as our coach. he brought us to a new level, and we should continue to work even harder to make him proud of us. coach is father to many of us and we cannot tell you how much we love him.

thats all for this years 10km challenge.my last one for sp as well.
thanks for making it a memoriable one.

lets all work together more as a team for our one last final race.
